Happy End of Winter Zootopians (And a happy commencement of pumpkin spice latte season for those on the other side of the equator).
We’ve had a good few fics update, and some really nice surprises, but first off the bat I HAVE to give a hearty congratulations to Skul’s Stained Crimson which, after a few months of relentless updates, HAS CROSSED THE LINE!
Wooohooo, many congrats Skul, it was a great ride all the way.
But that’s not all, because I had a genuine surprise to see an old name return (potentially?) from the fanfic graveyard. The World War Two Battle of Britain epic, Red Tails and Wilde Skies, has a new update! A fantastic return of an inspiring fanfic epic, which just wants me to write my own… With us Brits defending Pearl Harbour and saving the day there in return. -All’s fair in fanfic and war, right?
As it happens, when we featured this fic ages ago it was only on Fanfic, and later deleted everything and put it back up on A03. We didn’t know about the change until I spotted this update, so there might be a good few chapters we missed. Either way, if any of you guys see a fic that’s done something familiar, and we haven’t updated, please tell us. It makes our lives a bunch easier.
A bunch of other updates are also out, from the ever consistently updating ‘Beneath the Funfactory’ (with FIVE whole chapters), to the all singing and dancing updates of The Long Game, to the Wild West shenanigans of Smiling Dolphin’s gun slinging lil’ ol’ story bringing up there rear.
