Hello Zootopia lovers, wherever you are…and welcome to ZNN’s Art of the Day collection for this week. We’re glad you’re here.
To put it mildly… I was floored when I saw who had drawn today’s featured image. I’ve been aware of Baron Engel’s work for more than twenty years now; I even commissioned a pic from him once.
He’s a tremendous artist, no question there. But the last thing I would have expected from him is a Judy Hopps fanpic…especially nearly seven years after Zootopia first hit the screen. As you can see from the next image in our collection, he’s much more of a Brony than a WildeHopps fan.
