Hello once again, ye fans of Zootopia, and welcome to another random fanart collection.

Today’s featured image was created in response to an Instagram challenge; draw a Disney character as a Samurai.

The result was this fantastic image of Chief Bogo as a law enforcement official from the Edo period. The headgear he’s wearing is a jingasa helmet and, as befits a mammal of samurai rank, he carries the two swords.  The hooked spike he’s holding is called a jitte. These served not only as weapons of defense but also as badges of officialdom; only police-mammals and the Shogun’s palace guards were permitted to carry them.
