Hello again Zootopia Fans…and welcome to Part 1 of our Zinktober Challenge collection.
For those who might not be familiar, a brief explanation is in order. Zinktober is the Zootopified version of the Inktober Challenge, and the way it works is as follows:
At the beginning of October, we posted a list of 31 prompts, one for every day of the month. (See Below) For each of these days, the artist accepting the challenge posts a pic corresponding to that day’s prompt.
As you may have noted from the Challenge Rules, we had originally intended to start displaying these images next month. But, as the saying goes, “The best laid plans…” etc. We’ve had such an overwhelming response to the Zinktober Challenge that there’s no way we’ll be able to fit all artwork in a single collection. Accordingly, we decided to move things up by a couple of weeks, and spread the Zinktober pics over several Art of the Day posts.
Or it may be more than just several posts, folks. We have tons of other Zinktober Challenge pics where these came from, with more arriving each day. In the meantime, enjoy…and don’t forget to show the original artists some love by clicking on the source-links.

People need de-stressors badly this year…no surprise there are so many submissions.
Also, somewhat unrelated but I cannot seem to get through elsewhere: there seems to be some severe issues with commenting and email submissions on the site here. I can only leave comments on Internet Explorer browsers as attempting on Chrome is met with an Error 403: Forbidden message, and emails attempted to be sent to the addresses on the Submit page appear to either not be getting through at all or are being redirected to an entirely different system (a message sent to the Submit@ address ended up with me receiving an error reply from a system called Basecamp).
