Art of the Day #437: Is There A Doctor In The House?

We open with a recap of one of the major plot points in the ‘Shock Collar’ version of Zootopia.  

It all began when, Nick had his Tame Collar removed in the wake of a neck injury–and found the experience to be nothing short of euphoric.

Reckoning there was money to be made, Nick created an amusement park, Wild Times, a place where predator species could have fun without having to wear those collars.  In order to allow his patrons to take them off, Nick set himself up as a fake MD.  (Physicians were some of the only animals that could legally remove a tame collar)
