For all you ardent WolfEyer shippers out there, myself included, here’s Confused Goatee’s drama-filled take on what a love story for them would be like. A potent combination of species politics and old-fashioned traditions has the wolf and tiger, partners on the force and close friends outside of work, in an undesirable state of affairs: Nadine Fangmeyer is forced into an arranged marriage by her family, and Ralph Wolford, beset by grief, envy and living up to honor of his pack, can’t do a damn thing about it. Or can he? Set in the Hard Knock City series, which includes “A Weasel’s Watch” and “Officers Watch,” “A Wolf’s Song” is something you don’t want to miss out on if you’re a fan of this pairing and want to be treated to some great storytelling, the age-old dilemma of either following one’s heart or breaking away from tradition, and of course, delicious romantic tension. ~DrummerMax64
