NaZoWriMo Week 5: Finale

(Source)
Congratulations to everyone who participated in our first ever National Zootopia Writing Month!

There’s only one step left:

Send in your story!

Follow this link and fill out the form! Include the title, the word count, your name, a brief description, and, most importantly, A LINK TO THE STORY!

That last one is the only one that is 100{fc17e15ed6c8f701884a899a735d4ed94fc8cfa66fc2f404dd33f42f9afeb7a1} required.  You can upload your story through Fanfiction.net, AO3, or Google Docs (double check that the link is set to view-only, though). Since you’re only giving us one link, be sure that we can find the rest of your story from that one link. If you’ve got multiple chapters, on google drive, just put them all into a folder, and link us to the folder, on Fanfiction.net or AO3, just send us to the first chapter and we can get the rest from there.

Once we have everyone’s stories, we’ll make a full post showing off everyone who participated!

You have until December 1st at 11:59 PM Pacific Time to submit your story.  We look forward to reading them!

And one final thing before I go. Thank you all. These events are nothing without the great fans like you all to make them grand! I’m glad to have been able to co-ordinate this event, and I’m incredibly excited to see everything you all have written!

That’s it guys, I hope you had fun!
~Dominic Faux, signing off.

EDIT: I Know we’ve been getting a lot of questions about this so I’m updating this post Just under 6 hours remain, but I’d like to tell you all, submit your stories even if you didn’t hit 50k words! That’s alright! We’ll be giving everyone that participated and submitted anything a mention at the very least! So get on out there and submit!

  1. So rather than putting every chapter in a separate document and putting them all in a folder, can I just put all the chapters in 1 google document? That would make it easier to read, right?

    • Ideally you should upload them to Fanfiction.net. That makes reading easier for everyone.

    • Ok, I'll go do that, it's just that I've had some problems with fan fiction.net. sometimes when I uploaded a chapter of my Zootopia Stories the document becomes all distorted with random symbols.

    • That means the program your using is having an issue with the program used on Fanfiction.net.
Do you use Word document of any program of that like? Those programs have hidden characters that translate poorly to other programs. If it is about the entirety of your text changing into boxes or something similar, I have no clue how to fix that besides trying to runs a PDF conversion program. If possible or using several different mediums and altering the text through each medium.
